Senior Product Manager (f/m/d)

Clearstream Fund Centre is seeking a visionary and hands-on Senior Product Manager to support the strategic development of initiatives across our distribution platform. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of front-end tools, and driving innovation through AI-powered solutions, MIS frameworks, and data-centric products.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategy & Development
• Support and execute the analytics strategy for distribution products
• Identify and lead AI-driven initiatives to enhance data accessibility, predictive insights, and automation across the platform.
• Establish and evolve a robust Management Information System (MIS) to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Innovation & Product Leadership
• Drive the development of new products and services tailored to the needs of distributors and asset managers.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to ensure alignment and integration across Clearstream’s broader ecosystem.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a key representative for Distribution Products in internal and external forums.
• Liaise with stakeholders across Management, Products, Sales & RM, Operations, Legal & Compliance to gather insights and translate them into actionable solutions.

Your Profile

• You have at minimum of 10 years professional industry experience in Product Management
• You have a master’s degree in a financial, business or science-related field.
• You have proven experience in data analytics, product strategy, or distribution platforms within financial services.
• You offer a strong understanding of front-end tools, data architecture, and AI applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• You are self-motivated, resilient, can act independently, and collaborate well within a team-centric environment.
• You are a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well-organized, accurate, proactive, conscientious, and resilient.
• Your profile is rounded off by very good knowledge of MS Office application(s)
