Funds Operations

The Role

• Work within the Transitions Team to create market accounts for client migrations
• Tracking and monitoring of application forms, static data and updating progress dashboards
• Resolution of issues with Fund Managers in a timely manner
• Provide support to clients for managed funds and services within global services teams
• Investigate, monitor, record and resolve any queries/issues raised by client via phone or email
• Undertake review of clients’ activities and utilization of products to suggest changes/improvements and identify development and training requirements
• Resolution of client issues within delegated authority in a timely manner
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of daily investment funds operational activities (Income, Corporate actions, Order Routing, Outgoing Payments, Client Migration activities, Market account opening)
• Perform daily checks and reconciliation with fund managers on trades/transfers placed
• Completion of documents required by fund managers
• Prioritise own daily responsibilities and assurance that is in line and working together with the team’s deliverables
• Processing/authorization of all processing in line with delegated authorities
• Authority to resolve minor client issues, whilst keeping senior and management updated
• Authority to escalate upwards in an effort to obtain support and assistance
