Eurex Clearing provides central counterparty services for derivatives, equities, OTC and fixed income products, bonds, secured funding, and securities financing markets. Acting as the central counterparty between buyers and sellers, Eurex Clearing mitigates counterparty risk while maximizing operational efficiency. Its integrated post trade offering combines clearing, collateral and delivery management with industry leading risk management.
European Commodity Clearing (ECC) extends the Group’s clearing activities into energy and commodity markets. ECC acts as the central counterparty for a broad range of energy and environmental products, including power, natural gas, emissions allowances, agricultural commodities and related derivatives — offering robust risk management and physical settlement capabilities tailored to these markets.
Within Eurex Frankfurt AG’s Clearing & Risk Operations, the Singapore team covers FX, listed fixed income derivatives, listed equity index derivatives, as well as energy and commodity products.
Your Responsibilities
- Support compliant and efficient clearing operations for Eurex and European Commodity Clearing
- Operate clearing and risk management systems for FX, listed fixed income and equity index derivatives, as well as energy and commodity products
- Monitor and manage clearing house risk positions on a day to day basis
- Execute standardized clearing processes across products and services
- Validate and approve customer instructions related to cash and collateral management
- Reconcile cash and collateral accounts for Eurex Clearing
- Supervise Eurex Clearing simulation and test environments
- Analyse and process large datasets to support daily clearing and risk management activities
- Develop automated reporting and monitoring dashboards using modern data platforms (e.g. Databricks, Power BI)
- Leverage internal AI applications and digital tools to optimize operational workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Provide first level support and helpdesk services for clearing members
Our Requirements
- University degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Solid understanding of financial risk management and clearing for derivatives, FX, fixed income, equities and/or energy and commodity products
- Strong analytical skills with a logical and solution oriented mindset
- High level of reliability, flexibility and customer focus, with the ability to work independently under pressure
- Strong team player with effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of databases and SQL is an advantage
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts and hands on experience with modern AI tools is an asset
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, if required
