Transaction Administrator (f/m/d)

Clearstream Operations Prague sro, Post-Trading, Data & Index (Div), Clearstream Global Operations (A), Prague Operations (Dpt) 

 

Task and responsibilities

 

  • Administration of Collateral Management process including the handling of all related collateral life cycle actions
  • Monitoring of GC Pooling settlement and collateralization process, follow up cash and securities settlement, providing customer support
  • Administration of fails, recalls, substitutions and custody actions related to the Collateral Management and Lending services
  • Handling of customer calls, queries and exceptions related to the Collateral Management and Securities Lending services on a daily basis
  • Administration of static and dynamic data related to contract set ups
  • Compilation of daily and monthly statistics, monthly billing
  • Tracking of service issues and contribution to the continuous improvement of current processes and operational manuals
  • Participation on product development and release testing

 

Mandatory skills and experience

 

  • University degree, economics or finance related majors preferred or 2-3 years of relevant banking/finance experience
  • Good inter-personal communication skills – verbal and written
  • Strong customer service focus with analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and flexible shift working environment
  • Experience operating in an environment with multiple business areas
  • Strong command of German and English
  • Good at handling MS Office applications, especially very good Excel skills
  • Team player, highly motivated, flexible
  • Experience in Clearstream Settlement and Static Data systems would be beneficial

     

Additional information

 

  • Shift work: early shift starts 8:00, late shift ends 18:00. On Call Duty : 19:30 - 22:00
