Trading Readiness Specialist (f/m/d)

Your area of work:

The mission of the Client & ISV Readiness Trading Team is to empower members and Trading Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to thrive in a dynamic market by providing exceptional readiness support and fostering strong partnerships.

As a Client & ISV Readiness Trading Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our members and Trading ISVs are well equipped regarding changes in trading services.

Your responsibilities:

• Relationship Management: Building strong relationships (, especially with ISVs), acting as their primary point of contact. Proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges to prevent disruptions in member and Trading ISV operations,
• ISV Onboarding: Welcoming new ISVs and providing comprehensive support throughout the onboarding process.
• Facilitate Readiness activities: Guiding ISVs through the entire readiness process (from understanding upcoming changes to ensuring their systems are well-prepared for launch).
• Functional Consultancy: Providing guidance on trading functionalities, products, and internal processes to support client & Trading ISV needs.
• Simulation Support: Guiding client & Trading ISVs through simulation phases, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting issues.

Your profile:

• University degree, preferably in economics, finance, law or other technical discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Understanding of trading products, functionalities, market dynamics and IT systems are advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Outstanding relationship skills
• Intellectual agility
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

LIMITED CONTRACT: maternity cover (approx. 2 years)
