Talent Attraction & Development Specialist (f/m/d)

You’ll play a pivotal role in making our Prague office a hub of innovation, growth, and opportunities.

As a specialist in People Attraction & Development, you will support our Center of Excellence " Talent Attraction & People Development". Your work will focus on the design and implementation of project-based concepts. This includes, for example, the development of our employees and our organization.

Your responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for shaping our group-wide HR development offerings with a specific focus on our Prague location. In doing so, you will be applying state-of-the art concepts and methodologies
• You will work on global projects and manage change processes, e.g. expanding our leadership development and talent programes as well as our performance management approach
• You will support local employer branding and talent attraction activities
• You will support our global talent and trainee programe execution as well as shape the employee onboarding experience
• You develop new concepts in collaboration with internal stakeholders, coordinate them and implement the measures

Your profile:

• You have a degree in psychology or business administration with a focus on human resources or a similar qualification
• You have 2-3 years of relevant experience in the areas of personnel and organizational development, preferably in a consultancy or an international company 
• You have an open and approachable personality with very good communication skills in English 
• You are enthusiastic and enjoy working in interdisciplinary and transnational teams
• You have excellent analytical, organizational and conceptual skills
• You are curious and enjoy learning on and off the job
• Pragmatism, holistic thinking and open-mindedness to rethink processes as well as goal-oriented action come naturally to you
• You are familiar with project management methods and apply them successfully

This position is currently open for time limited period.
