Field of activity

Our team provides the 1st level technical and functional support for both trading and clearing participants of Deutsche Boerse’s venues, primarily Xetra and Eurex exchanges. The job initially involves administrative support of the Client Service section, however, both technical and functional training is provided on the job so that the student is able to support the clients and do basic troubleshooting later on.

The student needs to be customer-oriented since he or she will be in touch with customers as well as other technical and functional market teams on the daily basis.

 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

    • Ticket creation in SAP CRM for Level 1 support teams in Deutsche Börse Client Service department
    • Support our internal teams in administrative tasks and internal projects
    • Provide telephony assistance in the event of incoming overflow calls
    • Maintain contact information in SAP
    • Support of upcoming releases of trading and clearing systems
    • Work in shifts

 

Your profile

    • Students must be enrolled in an academic program recognized by the state during their student assistance
    • Proficiency in MS-Office
    • Proficiency in English
    • German is a big plus
