Student - Infrastructure Operations (f/m/d)

Your area of work:

As a working student in the Infrastructure Operations in Deutsche Boerse’s Chief of Technology you will be supporting the team in processing of vulnerability tickets, dispatching tickets in the team, creating reports in Excel on demand. You will support the team in day-to-day activities. Depending on skills and focus it is possible to be involved in other tasks as well, if time allows

Your responsibilities:

• Analyse vulnerability tickets and assign them accordingly in JIRA
• Support in planning of regular OS/DB updates as well as ad-hoc updates
• Check team’s ticketing queue for unassigned tickets and dispatch them
• Schedule Change Requests in SAP CRM system
• Align with Application and Security teams
• Create reports on demand in Excel
• Support team members in ad-hoc requests

Your profile:

• You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least two semesters. (Study focus in the technical field)
• You are interested in IT
• You have good knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel), experiences with SAP, SharePoint, JIRA is a plus.
• You are a team player with good interpersonal communication skills.
• You can work in a structured, precise and enthusiastic manner.
• You have a quick grasp and the willingness, as well as ability, to take responsibility for tasks and initiatives independently.
• You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken

Contract type: Agreement on Work activities (in Czech: Dohoda o pracovni cinnosti)
Working time/ hours: up to 20 hours per week
