Student - Cloud Infrastructure Operations (f/m/d)

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• • Manage vulnerabilities and coordinate ticket assignments, review and act on operational data reports.
  • Processing of firewall requests following our established templates.
  • Monitor and respond to system alerts to maintain smooth operations.
  • Coordination activities and operational tasks [change requests, patching, ..]
  • Depending on your skills you may also get the chance to learn and work with automation tools [Ansible, Terraform]and get hands-on experience with setting up and maintaining our IT infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For

• • Strong interest in Information Technology and willingness to learn is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server and/or Linux Operating Systems (esp. Red Hat) is beneficial.
  • Proactive attitude towards learning new tools and technologies.
  • Team player, highly motivated and engaging nature.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn PowerShell and/or Python is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, ability to handle operational and coordination-related tasks with precision.
