Student - Clearing Design Support (f/m/d)

Your Area of Work

You want to become part of one of the leading clearing houses worldwide and have the chance to join the journey. As part of the regulatory reporting team, you will support the team in running and refining automated workflows to ensure timely and accurate reporting to Regulators and Trade Repositories. As a working student you will be actively helping the team that supports market participants in all functional related questions. You will grow with your tasks and turn challenges into milestones in your curriculum.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• You support the team in running and refining automated monitoring workflows in various European and International Regulatory Reportings.
• You help apply data driven analysis to investigate root causes and contribute to resolving technical or content related issues.
• You support the team in providing fast, AI supported functional support for customer inquiries from banks, data vendors, and financial institutions. 
• You contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by helping identify automation opportunities, documenting manual processes, supporting data analysis, and assisting in making workflows more efficient, robust, and scalable.
• You support the development of data reconciliation reports and dashboards.

Your profile

• You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least two semesters in mathematics, economics, business, or similar.
• You are skilled in data analysis and familiar with tools like Power BI
• You are eager to obtain new skills in Financial Markets, especially in clearing context and data analysis.
• Thanks to your cooperative manner, you quickly find your way into the team. Your responsible commitment as well as strong communication with very good analytical skills help you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
• You have very good knowledge in Microsoft 365 (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint und MS Word).
• You basic programming skills in SQL and Python/PySpark can be beneficial
• You are proficient in written and spoken English.
