Your area of work:
Work on varied projects defining / refining the AI approaches and delivering the resulting pipelines in line with internal architecture standards and group AI governance.
Your responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions in close collaboration with product owners and domain expert(s)
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for model fine-tuning and inference.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies, RAG architecture, and agent workflows for GenAI use cases; with willingness to demo solutions to internal clients.
- Design and Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications and low-code platforms.
- Define KPIs, and bias/robustness checks.
- Evaluate and benchmark foundation models, frameworks, and third-party AI services for fit-for-purpose use
- Implement AI Ops practices (versioning, testing, monitoring, drift alerts).
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, data privacy, and compliance (especially relevant in a regulated financial environment).
- Produce documentation for AID/InfoSec and support audits/compliance.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3+ years in AI engineering (Python, ADK, Vector stores/embeddings).
- Prompt engineering, Retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), evaluation harnesses.
- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions end-to-end — from ideation and prototyping through to production deployment
- Familiarity with governance, model registers, and risk controls for AI.
- Experience working in an enterprise or regulated industry environment (financial services preferred)
- Exposure to agile delivery methods and cross-functional team collaboration
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Would be an advantage
- Experience with model serving and AI Ops on cloud (GCP preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions
- Clear communicator — able to explain AI concepts and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-driven, with a proactive approach to staying current with rapidly evolving AI tooling and research
- High attention to detail, particularly around data quality, security, and compliance considerations
