Your area of work:

Work on varied projects defining / refining the AI approaches and delivering the resulting pipelines in line with internal architecture standards and group AI governance.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions in close collaboration with product owners and domain expert(s)
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for model fine-tuning and inference.
  • Develop prompt engineering strategies, RAG architecture, and agent workflows for GenAI use cases; with willingness to demo solutions to internal clients.
  • Design and Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications and low-code platforms.
  • Define KPIs, and bias/robustness checks.
  • Evaluate and benchmark foundation models, frameworks, and third-party AI services for fit-for-purpose use
  • Implement AI Ops practices (versioning, testing, monitoring, drift alerts).
  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, data privacy, and compliance (especially relevant in a regulated financial environment).
  • Produce documentation for AID/InfoSec and support audits/compliance.

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 3+ years in AI engineering (Python, ADK, Vector stores/embeddings).
  • Prompt engineering, Retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), evaluation harnesses.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI solutions end-to-end — from ideation and prototyping through to production deployment
  • Familiarity with governance, model registers, and risk controls for AI.
  • Experience working in an enterprise or regulated industry environment (financial services preferred)
  • Exposure to agile delivery methods and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English

 

Would be an advantage

  • Experience with model serving and AI Ops on cloud (GCP preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions
  • Clear communicator — able to explain AI concepts and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-driven, with a proactive approach to staying current with rapidly evolving AI tooling and research
  • High attention to detail, particularly around data quality, security, and compliance considerations
