Your area of work:

New Issues International plays a key role in the lifecycle of financial securities at Clearstream, ensuring the accurate and timely setup of international financial instruments (primarily bonds and certificates).

To core operational responsibilities, the team is actively contributing to the transformation of issuance processes towards digital, automated and scalable models, including initiatives such as D7, Digital CSD, tokenised Securities (DLT technology) and process automation.

In addition, the role combines hands-on operational processing with growing involvement in process optimisation, data quality enhancement and digital innovation, supporting the evolution from traditional issuance models to future-ready solutions.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing of issuance of new financial securities for various financial entities
  • Creation and acceptance of financial securities (incl. ISIN assignment) for all Clearstream-eligible instruments in international markets
  • Ensuring high standards of data accuracy, completeness and timeliness throughout the issuance lifecycle
  • Handling internal and external queries and cooperating closely with international teams across Prague, Luxembourg, Frankfurt and Singapore
  • Liaising with international depositories and financial agents
  • Supporting Customer Service queries related to New Issues
  • Identifying opportunities for process simplification and efficiency improvements
  • Contributing to automation, digitalisation and AI-driven initiatives within issuance processes
  • Supporting implementation and testing of new digital issuance solutions (e.g. D7, D-CSD and tokenised securities)
  • Participating in continuous improvement activities and cross-functional innovation projects

 

Your profile:

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Interest in financial markets, data and digital innovation
  • Good communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to learn, proactive mindset and ability to work in an international team
  • Openness to learning new tools, technologies and ways of working
  • Experience in back-office operations is an advantage
