Relationship Manager (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after existing and new customers in Central and Eastern Europe by offering the best possible solution and expanding new business opportunities.

• Manage relationships with customers, including contractual negotiations
• Manage revenue targets
• Analyse and monitor customers’ financial conditions and business model   
• Support projects in the organization
• Support and involve Clearstream Senior Management in their aim to strengthen the company relations with its clients

Your profile

• University degree in business studies or comparable qualification
• Sales and Relationship Management experience in securities services or similar
• Developing relationships with prospects
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
• Goal oriented, team player and customer focused
• Competitor overview and market knowledge
• Knowledge of current and upcoming regulation is considered an advantage
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English (negotiation level), along with fluency in any additional language used within the CEE region
