Area of Work

Become a member of the Clearstream Eurobond Business team managing issuance services in the largest European debt capital market, the international (Eurobond) market. The API & Pre-Issuance Eurobonds team is responsible for the management of Clearstream API and Pre-Issuance products & services. This includes supporting the build-out of Clearstream’s industry leading digital securities platform D7. We work closely with other internal areas to deliver profitable, low risk, and attractive services to clients as well as to deliver the Clearstream strategic roadmap to further develop primary markets instruments. We also work with external partners (Customers, FinTech’s, Providers, …) in the market to seek efficiencies and growth for the market as a whole and for Clearstream as one of its two operators.

 

 

Your responsibilities

  • Contribute to the product management long-term global growth strategy by:
  • Supporting the team in day-to-day product management activities in the International Market space focusing on Data taxonomy, API and Pre-Issuance digitisation
  • Monitoring strategy development, statistics, on-boarding of clients/partners, and projects in the team
  • Conducting research about potential partnerships with other market players
  • Helping to develop marketing material and product information sheets, and delivering high-quality presentation material
  • Liaison with different internal stakeholders such as New Issues, RM, Primary Market Relations, to identify business opportunities and market participant expectations
  • Analysis and documentation of new business opportunities with the objective to formulate service requests in cooperation with our providers
  • Supporting the set-up and design of business processes for the Eurobond Business activity
  • Comply with local and group regulations and policies

 

 

Your Profile

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree programme in Finance, Business or Economics or equivalent experience
  • Interest in digitisation, data analytics and modelling
  • Written and oral proficiency in English is mandatory. Any other European language is beneficial - in particular French and / or German
  • You are proactive and autonomous
  • Knowledge of financial markets generally and primary debt capital markets
  • Proficiency in MS Office generally with demonstrable specialist knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel
  • Understanding languages used in APIs and data interchange formats (e.g. JSON, XML, Swagger, RDF, ---)
  • Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships across the organization and across business centers
