Your area of work:

We are looking for a highly motivated analyst to come on board and help us advancing the People Analytics function of Deutsche Börse. As a key member of our People Analytics team, you´ll play a crucial role in driving optimization of processes and solutions aimed at providing impactful analyses/reports to support daily business and strategic people decisions. In this position, based at our office in Prague, you'll be focusing on advancing People Analytics by automation initiatives and executing run activities such as regular reports and analyses.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Your main task includes producing HR reports, analyses and dashboards for Top-Management, Management Board, and other relevant stakeholders and providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • You will process ad-hoc reporting requests using our ticket system and act as an ambassador for data quality.
  • You will support the quarterly implementation of re-organisations.
  • You will be responsible for your own reporting products and the development of new KPIs.
  • You will support automation of regular reports and enhancement of reporting solutions in SAP SuccessFactors reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI.
  • Furthermore, you take ownership and drive various global analytical and data initiatives and projects.

 

Your profile:

  • You have university degree in HR, Analytics, Economics, Psychology, Business Administration, or Social Sciences.
  • You have excellent analytical skills, high affinity in numbers and strong understanding of data quality, data validation and data governance principles.
  • You have relevant professional experience in Analytics, ideally in HR Analytics. Experience creating dashboards, reports or KPIs and translating business requirements into analytical solutions is an advantage.
  • You have experience working with HR systems and employee data. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA or similar HR platforms is an advantage.
  • You have excellent skills in working with data in Microsoft Excel. Experience in various data visualisation tools (e. g. SAP Analytics Cloud, Looker, Power BI) is an advantage.
  • You are service and teamwork oriented and can communicate analytical findings clearly to different stakeholders.
  • You have ability to learn quickly, take ownership and drive progress independently on tasks/projects.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
