Operations Transformation - Transformation Enablement (f/m/d)

Your area of work:

The Transformation Enablement Team drives operational excellence across Clearstream by enabling transformation initiatives, process optimization, and digital delivery enhancements. As part of this mission, the team now acts as the central point for all external customer testing activities, ensuring standardized processes and high-quality execution.

As a Client Testing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting B2B clients, large financial institutions operating in global markets, by coordinating and executing external testing for connectivity and settlement services. This includes managing end-to-end (E2E) customer testing, onboarding strategic clients, and contributing to transformation projects that enhance automation and scalability.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate external testing for changes introduced by projects, including ad-hoc requests.
• Execute customer E2E testing, supporting SWIFT message validation and Xact platform testing, as well as the rollout of new connectivity tools.
• Analyze customer connectivity profiles, requirements, and issues encountered during testing.
• Manage onboarding of strategic clients and partnerships for functional testing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to the BAT testing team as needed.
• Ensure testing activities align with transformation objectives and standardized methodologies.

Your profile:

• Strong business knowledge and understanding of Clearstream’s products and services, particularly Settlement and Custody.
• Knowledge of SWIFT ISO15022/20022 settlement message formats.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and ability to build networks with project teams in Business and IT.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; French/German language skills are an asset.
• Dedication, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
