In your role as Key Account Sales you are in charge of onboarding new clients, supporting existing clients with placement of orders, managing their connectivity via data feeds and general consulting activities as regards access to market data. You are also in charge of contract management, including the related set of tasks and processes. You will conduct analyses by means of various tools (e.g. proprietary systems and SAP) and align the results with licensing.
You will be part of a highly motivated and high-performing section, where teamwork is a key requirement. Accordingly, you will also work closely with other teams such as Sales, Business Development, Administration and Operations.

Market Data + Services provides financial market participants around the world with proprietary market data from Deutsche Börse Group’s Xetra and Eurex trading platforms, as well as with data from our cooperation partners such as 360T, STOXX or exchanges such as TAIFEX. Our clients include analysts, algo traders, banks, hedge funds, asset managers, mid- and back-office professionals and vendors who rely on high quality.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting existing clients with contract management and technical connectivity
- Identification of opportunities for sales and upsales activities
- Sales support and onboarding of new clients both contractually and technically
- Execution of analyses for contract management and licensing
- Align with affiliated teams and stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, Licensing
- Client interaction both in-person and virtual
Qualifications/required skills
- University degree in finance/economics and/or a comparable education
- Dedicated team player with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent perception and endurance
- Experience in banking and exchange fields and/or trading infrastructure will be considered as an advantage
