As a member of Account Management Team, you will assist and support customers of Deutsche Börse Group with regard to any functional inquiries. Your activities are enriched by a variety of tasks geared towards a variety of internal customers and units. As an integral part of daily operations, you will work closely together with our multinational teams located in Singapore and Prague. An Account Manager is responsible for account & customer relationship management for DBG Trading and Clearing members including direct interaction with our Xetra Cash market and Eurex members and be able to interact across many Deutsche Börse Group internal departments.

Tasks/Responsibilities

  • You will build up, maintain and coordinate over all interfaces, handling daily issues, supporting DBG members to fulfil their membership obligations and/or any changes and additionally manage internal or market driven changes.
  • You will work proactively on a regular basis to keep the clients informed of new releases and changes to ensure their requirements are met.
  • Project Management is a substantial part of the role as you support and coordinate complex changes, often involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • You should have a strong customer service ethos, focus on client satisfaction and be able to proactively solve client issues if and when they occur.
  • You should have good communication and interpersonal skills in order to engage with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • You should have a systematic work attitude and excellent time management skills.
  • You like and are able to interpret information derived from client conversations in order identify opportunities and challenges, which is also be key.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in business administration, economics, finance
  • Strong analytical skills and project management knowledge / experience
  • Highly motivated and engaging, willingness to collaborate and work in a team
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
