Our team Digital Services & Initiatives is looking for a new team member to support our communication measures to clients during change initiatives.

With our communication measures we support clients navigating through introduction of new technology, launch of new products or services and legal topics. We utilize communication channels like our websites and mailing to make our content easily available.

As the team serves multiple legal entities within Deutsche Börse Group we aim to deliver clear, harmonized and transparent communication that enables clients. Communication measures can include videos, illustrations, text, webinars, presentations and web activities.

We are seeking a Junior Content Manager to join our team, helping to shape how we inform and engage our clients. In your role, you’ll support the creation, design and publication of clear, compelling client communications and bring content to life through multimedia design. You will put yourself in our clients’ perspective and determine what is relevant and helpful and how to structure content, so that it is right to the point and easy to understand. You will be able to utilize modern AI tools during the creation process and will align your measures with top management. You will also be able to let your creativity a free run during the design process.

Tasks/Responsibilities 

  • You will design, create, write and publish strong and engaging digital content - text, illustrations, presentations and videos - across all our platforms and channels (mailings, websites, client portal)
  • Develop the further utilization of AI for the overall process
  • Support the distribution of content across internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
  • You will contribute to UI design for client-facing platforms and tools, helping to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences
  • Maintain content as needed across all platforms and channels

Qualifications/required skills

  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills in English (German is a strong advantage)
  • A degree in Communications, Media Design, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of content management processes and tools
  • Basic knowledge with design tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar
  • A keen eye for detail, layout, and user-centered design principles
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • A can-do attitude, collaborative mindset with a proactive approach and eagerness to learn
  • Expertise in AI usage for communication purposes is an advantage
