The Associate Architecture & Technology Analyst is an entry-level role designed for high-potential technology professionals who aspire to develop into Solution, Enterprise, or IT Architects. The role provides exposure to architecture practices, technology governance, software delivery, and strategic transformation initiatives while building a strong foundation in modern software and platform architecture.

 

Working alongside experienced architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders, the successful candidate will learn how technology solutions are designed, documented, governed, and delivered within a complex enterprise environment.

 

Your Responsibilities:

Architecture Support

  • Support architects in the creation and maintenance of architecture documentation, diagrams, and technology roadmaps.
  • Assist in the preparation of High-Level Architecture, Solution Design, and Architecture Review documents.
  • Help document architectural decisions, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Contribute to maintaining architecture repositories and knowledge bases.

Technology & Delivery Engagement

  • Participate in project and delivery team discussions to understand solution design and implementation approaches.
  • Support analysis of business and technical requirements.
  • Assist in assessing architecture impacts of proposed changes and enhancements.
  • Contribute to technology research, proof-of-concepts, and solution evaluations.

Governance & Standards

  • Learn enterprise architecture principles, standards, and governance processes.
  • Support architecture review activities and follow-up actions.
  • Track architecture-related actions, decisions, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in preparing materials for architecture and design review forums.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with architects, engineers, product owners, project managers, and business teams.
  • Communicate findings, analyses, and recommendations in a clear and structured way.
  • Develop understanding of business processes and technology strategy.

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in software engineering, systems analysis, technology consulting, infrastructure, or a related technology role.
  • Strong interest in software and enterprise architecture.
  • Basic understanding of application development and system design concepts.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts
  • Basic knowledge of cloud, APIs, databases, and software development lifecycle
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Team-oriented and collaborative approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-national team
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
