Intercompany Services Contract Specialist / Manager - Time limited (Maternity Cover) (f/m/d)

Your area of work:

You will work in the Intercompany Organization Team of Deutsche Börse Prague Branch and collaborate closely with experts across the entire Deutsche Börse Group, with the business and IT as well as with control functions involved in the entire intercompany contract lifecycle. As a member of a multinational and diverse team, you take care of intercompany contractual relationships among legal entities of Deutsche Börse Group. Thereby you will create lasting working relationships with many teams in global locations. You learn & manage the entire intercompany contract lifecycle starting with the analysis of the requirements and support of service scope negotiations between intra-group Customer and Supplier through the contract set up to the reconciliation with other internal stakeholders until the signature collection of the legal entities on both sides of the servicing relationship. Furthermore, you will also take care of regulatory processes following the delivery chains for our intragroup customers. On top of that you will maintain those contracts during their lifecycle with all related activities within the team’s scope. In this job, you will work with state-of-the-art tools, and you will bring in your ideas and creativity to steadily improve the processes and make the journey of contract lifecycle a user-friendly experience.

 

This position is currently open for time limited contract (maternity cover).

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the intercompany contract end-to-end, from creation to the approval process with respective internal Group stakeholders (e.g. Service Provider, Customer, Outsourcing, Accounting, Tax etc.)
  • Support internal supplier in definition of service scope, pricing and KPI
  • Facilitate alignment between internal customers and suppliers
  • Create report on a regular basis for executive management
  • Maintain data quality of services and KPIs in respective tool
  • Be the single point of contact for the respective legal entities and business owners on intercompany contract related topics
  • Taking care of regulatory processes (Sub-Outsourcing Notifications, Exit Actions Plans) along the delivery chain of Deutsche Börse AG.

 

Your profile:

  • 1-3 years of experience working within customer service, relationship management service or a comparable function
  • Experience in contract processing/handling
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal in English; knowledge of German would be a strong advantage
  • Knowledge about regulatory implications on outsourcing topics
  • Excellent integrated thinking skills between business and technology, coupled with high degree of clients and stakeholder centricity
  • High analytical and problem-solving competence
  • Profound experience in process definitions, conceptual work, and structured management reporting
  • Experience in stakeholders and people management
  • Team player, self-motivated, performance driven and target-oriented working ethics
  • Knowledge about the services delivered by especially by Deutsche Börse Group entities would be preferable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power-Apps (e.g. Power BI) is an asset
