Your area of work:
IT Architect is responsible to
- Provide overall IT solution architecture services.
- Develop and maintain IT architecture vision at Post Trade IT level and in sync with group approach, develop corresponding deliverables and KPI’s.
- Shape, coordinate, and steer towards the implementation of IT transformation and adoption of new technologies in general.
Your Responsibilities
· Contribution to Post Trade IT architecture vision for automation, data, and infrastructure.
· Provide "IT Architecture Services / Solution design" to CSS and CFS projects covering notably:
· Projects review and contribution to impact assessments
· Connect with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify potential problem area.
· Promote target IT landscape and assess adherence of new initiatives to target IT landscape.
· Preparation of IT architecture guidelines and standard
· Evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies.
· Maintain & support IT architecture portal.
· Liaise with Group Enterprise Architecture functions for alignment.
· Contribute and develop PTIA Architecture team.
· Drive the Post Trade IT "Expert community”, organize bi-weekly meeting and ensure information sharing
· Support and provide content for communication of Post Trade relevant technology aspects for internal and external communications.
· Perform quality reviews in terms of code reviews
Your Profile
§ University degree or alternative experience, preferably in IT, beneficial to have a software development background.
§ Excellent written and spoken English skills.
§ At least 6 years of working experience in SW development (Java)
§ At least 2 years of working experience as an IT/SW Architect
§ Adequate competencies on the new technology space, including cloud, data streaming, automation and AI.
§ Experience working with various infrastructure platforms.
§ Interest in new and developing technologies, willingness to work closely with various business units.
§ Excellent analytical skills, Knack for finding creative solutions.
§ Financial market background & understanding of its regulated & security constraints.
§ Ability to organize and prioritize critical projects.
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Familiarity with coding languages, operating systems, and databases
§ Understanding of the TOGAF metamodel (certification is a plus).
§ Presentation skills to internal & external stakeholders.
