Your area of work:
You will join the Third-Party Risk Management Team at Deutsche Börse Prague Branch, where we oversee and maintain the 2nd LoD Third-Party Risk Management system (a “Software as a Service”-Solution) for Deutsche Börse Group. Our team plays a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance for third party contracts across the organization, while continuously creating efficiencies and optimizing related workflows. In your role as Senior IT Project Manager, you will manage tool enhancement projects as well as strategic initiatives across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and our supplier. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and regulatory-driven transformation projects, making it an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals who want to make an impact. Your responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IT project delivery for Third-Party Risk Management-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage all phases of the SDLC: requirements gathering, design, testing-, and post-implementation support
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal customers and stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption and optimization of the Third-Party Risk Management tool.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for system enhancements and integrations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging the tools AI capabilities to optimize workflows and Third-Party Risk Management processes
- Oversee and monitor the vendor relationship
- Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and legal requirements
- Support and Coordinate Audit requests
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, budgets, timelines, and executive reporting
Your profile:
- University degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience, with proven delivery of complex projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Team player, self-motivated, performance driven and target oriented working ethics
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management tools; Sirion expertise is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
- Ideally professional experience in areas such as Outsourcing Management, Provider Risk Management, Supplier Security, Risk Management, Compliance or a comparable discipline
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
- Preferred Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
