Your area of work:
You will integrate the Microsoft Support Team, dedicated to the support of Microsoft Windows Server support and Microsoft SQL databases. Systems are running on on-premises servers and within cloud provider solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- You will participate to the support and operations of MS Windows Server based systems
- You will participate to the support and operations of GCP and MS Azure cloud solutions
- You will analyse project needs and propose architecture solutions
- You will ensure that incidents are treated in due time and that post-mortem solutions are put in place when needed
- You will integrate the 24/7 on-call rota and take part on the scheduled maintenance tasks on weekends. Rota every 5-6 weeks
Your Profile
- University degree in an IT related discipline or equivalent through relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of work experience on similar position
- Experience in administration of the latest versions of Microsoft Windows Server
- Experience in administration of Microsoft SQL databases is an asset.
- Experience in administration of Microsoft Active Directory is an asset
- Experience with cloud solutions (GCP, Azure) is nice to have
- Dedication, organization, team spirit and communication skills are key elements
- Good knowledge of English (in written and spoken)
