Your area of work: 

As an IT Core Process Specialist, you will be part of the Clearstream Cloud Office (CCO) in Clearstream’s IT area, which is responsible to drive, coordinate and govern the regulatory preconditions for an adoption of and ongoing operation in public cloud. The CCO is an oversight function which is directly accountable to the company’s management body and responsible for managing and overseeing the risks of the cloud adoption. In this area you will gain a good overview on any cloud initiative of Deutsche Börse Group (DBAG) and act as key counterpart of the DBAG Central Cloud Office.

 

Your role mainly consists of:

(1) Supporting Clearstream’s Cloud Adoption Process

(2) Performing a document-based due diligence, the so-called cloud officer assessment, for all Clearstream’s legal entities

(3) Owning and maintaining the Cloud Inventory Repository and regular reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to management bodies

(4) Supporting creation of board presentations and obtaining approvals on cloud outsourcing

(5) Creating written notifications and communicating to regulators and senior management

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate processes and application documentation to assess cloud-related risks.
  • Perform process development and improvements (e.g. Jira Workflow).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.
  • Organizing and chairing meetings.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and workflows.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to process efficiency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Conduct regular reviews of business processes and suggest enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process analysis.

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process analysis, business analysis, or similar.
  • Proficiency in process analysis tools and software (e.g., Visio, Excel, SQL).
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-national team.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

 

Would be an advantage:

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, bpmn).
  • Knowledge of industry-specific processes and regulations.
  • Speaking German or French.

 

This position is initially limited until 30th of March 2026.
