Your area of work

HR Global Services provides high quality services to our internal customers, covering the whole employee lifecycle.  Our international team is the trusted partner for our employees providing comprehensive global services related to time management, absenteeism, and business travel.  As a team leader, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering a collaborative environment, and cooperating on digitization and global initiatives alongside colleagues in Prague, Frankfurt and Luxembourg. You will be closely cooperating with the Head of HR Prague and reporting directly to the Head of HR Global Services.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of HR Global Services [7 colleagues], providing guidance and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Take global process ownership and ensure service delivery considering travel and entertainment related reimbursements for our employees
  • Process time management activities for our locations in Frankfurt and Luxembourg
  • Provide help-desk support for the affiliated services
  • Deliver integrity and quality assurance for data in our core HR applications
  • Driver of process optimizations (i.e., digitization and workflows) and guardian of process documentation and controls
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations including legal and social security requirements
  • Act as point of contact for internal and external Audit requests for HR Global Service related topics

 

Qualifications/required skills

  • Relevant Leadership Experience
  • Profound knowledge of Czech legislation and HR practices within an international environment.
  • Structure, reliable and solution-oriented approach.
  • Digital mindset with the talent to adapt easily to changing environments.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Concur or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proficiency in written and spoken Czech and English.
