Head of Unit - IT Integration (f/m/d)

Your area of work:

As Head of Unit – IT Integration, you will lead Deutsche Börse Group's IT Integration function and drive the evolution of our integration platforms, including SAP BTP and SAP C4. Leading an international team across Europe and India, you will shape the integration strategy, drive transformation initiatives, and ensure reliable, scalable, and business-focused integration services across the organization.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and develop an international team of Product Owners, Developers, and Integration Experts
• Define and drive the roadmap for IT Integration platforms, including SAP BTP and SAP C4
• Establish integration standards, best practices, and governance across the organization
• Ensure stable operations, service quality, and continuous improvement of integration services
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions
• Manage vendors, audits, compliance requirements, and operational risks
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and customer focus

Your profile:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of professional experience in Information Technology, with a strong focus on enterprise-scale environments and integration landscapes
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing IT Integration Engineers, Developers, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams
• Strong experience in IT and enterprise integration environments
• Proven track record of leading IT Integration, Development, or Platform teams
• Solid understanding of integration platforms, APIs, middleware, and enterprise architectures
• Experience with SAP integration technologies is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach
• Professional proficiency in English
