What will be your position in our team?

Our HR Services Prague team is striving excellence in execution of administration processes for our second biggest location of Deutsche Börse Group – Prague. Our main responsibility is to support our local branches in Prague, but we also contribute to our diverse global projects, supporting workstreams and initiatives targeted to processes and documents digitization and automation.

What will your working days look like?

  • Complex responsibility for employee life-cycle processes: (onboarding, contract management, benefits administration etc.)
  • Ensuring adherence to local policies and regulations
  • Driving and supervising improvements of various employee life-cycle areas
  • Professional support for employees, advising on daily HR topics through our internal AskHR system
  • Reporting & data management on ad hoc basis - audits, digitalization projects.
  • Involvement in global initiatives & projects

You are a good fit if you are/have

  • Relevant professional experience in HR
  • Functional knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
  • Very good English (spoken and written), German language is a plus
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic and energized personality
