Role Overview
HR Global Services provides end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle and plays a central role in driving the digital transformation of HR. As an HR Digitization Analyst in our HR Change Services team, you will design user-friendly digital solutions, lead innovative projects and support the adoption of modern technologies including AI, to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and organizational excellence.
This role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact on our global HR transformation, while collaborating with colleagues across countries and functions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR digitization projects from ideation through implementation, including requirements gathering, IT coordination, risk management, testing, rollout, and stakeholder communication.
- Digitize and automate HR documents and workflows using internal low-code platforms.
- Maintain effective communication with IT and regularly update stakeholders on project progress.
- Track change requests and project milestones using JIRA.
- Apply advanced analytics tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) to monitor HR solution usage and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Participate in the company’s strategic AI adoption program by identifying, designing, and implementing AI-driven HR solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and championing innovative use cases that drive business value.
- Coordinate activities among internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Candidate profile
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in HR process digitalization, workflow tools, business analysis or project management
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with a passion for digital innovation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and core digital workplace tools.
- Expertise in process and document digitization platforms.
- High drive, customer orientation, and a strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical degree (e.g., computer science, systems engineering, data science).
- 2–3 years’ experience in an international environment, ideally IT or financial markets.
- Project Management certification (e.g. Prince2, PMI).
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, workflow automation tools, or HR digital solutions.
- Knowledge of:
- SAP SuccessFactors, SAP C4, SAP HCM, SAP Concur
- Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Power Automate, SharePoint, DocuSign and JIRA
Advanced Excel capabilities and familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle concepts
