For our Section "Energy IT”, we are looking for a dedicated Functional Analyst to contribute to analysis and development of our products in the agile working environment. 

  

Your responsibilities 

Analyze incoming business requirements, customer requests and issues. 

Write clear functional and non-functional requirements for complex trading solutions. 

Develop functional specifications, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria. 

Follow change requests throughout their entire life cycle. 

Document system design, processes and workflows. 

Translate complex technical solutions to business, and business requests to technical teams. 

Participate in processes and procedures design. 

Communicate with all relevant stakeholders. 

  

Your profile 

2+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst in software development or in a similar position. 

Analytical mindset, critical thinking and strong attention to detail. 

Excellent collaboration and communication skills. 

Excellent problem-solving skills. 

Ability and willingness to work on a complex project with multiple stakeholders. 

Full working proficiency in English. 

 

Would be an advantage: 

A degree in Computer Science or related field. 

Domain knowledge in Finance, Trading, or Energy Market. 

Professional certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA-AAC etc). 

Experience with source code editor, such as Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ IDEA or similar. 

Hands on experience with GitHub, Grafana, visualization tools (Visio, Draw.io, Miro), Jenkins. 

Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence). 

Experience with Agile methodologies.
