Your responsibilities:

• Incident Management: Ensuring Optimal Production Environment Uptime with Cross-Team Coordination:
• Service Delivery Management: Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to produce software designs
• Account Management: You facilitate collaboration between development, operations and Infrastructure teams across different locations.
• Project Management: Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate language
• Development: Create program specifications and basic prototypes. (C++)
• Integrate individual software solutions into higher level systems
• Execute software deployments and provide production support
• Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient
• Collaborate with technical writers to create documentation for user support

Your profile:

• You must be fluent in both written and spoken English and should have an IT background
• Responsive, organized, curious, proactive, ability to work in a team with a service-oriented attitude
• 1 year of practical experience in a similar position

Would be an advantage:

• Coding and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash), Software development in C++
• Technical Account, Service – delivery, Project management
• Familiarity with development and scripting under Unix/Linux
• Cloud administration and build-outs (GCP)
• Terraform, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and scripting
• Technical writing & marketing
• Hands-on experience with rational databases like Oracle DB or PostgreSQL … turn data into impact!
