Date: 3 Jun 2026

Location: Prague, CZ

Company: Deutsche Börse Group

Your area of work

The Supervisory Reporting Projects & Products unit drives regulatory compliance and operational excellence by managing supervisory reporting initiatives, delivering structured second-level product support, and ensuring timely adaptation to regulatory changes across Deutsche Börse Group. The team operates in a cross‑border setup (Germany, Luxembourg, and international stakeholders) and serves as a central interface between business, IT, and other departments.

In its role as second-level support, SRP&P is responsible for the analysis and resolution of complex data and processing issues arising in regulatory reporting. This includes root cause identification across system boundaries, coordination with upstream data providers, and structured prioritization via JIRA. The team ensures that operational issues are not only resolved but translated into sustainable improvements, with relevant topics being channeled into change requests and project initiatives where required.

As part of our ongoing growth, we are expanding our footprint to Prague and are strengthening our capabilities in the area of data quality and regulatory reporting.

The role focuses on the analysis, monitoring, and remediation of data quality issues in the context of regulatory reporting, with a strong emphasis on master data.

Your responsibilities

  • Analysis of data quality issues in regulatory master data and translation of observations into concrete remediation actions (e.g., creation of tickets for data correction or system enhancements at source systems)
  • Identification and assessment of data inconsistencies and completeness issues, including ideally an understanding of their impact on regulatory reporting (e.g., incorrect attributes affecting RWA calculation, Large Exposures, or AnaCredit reporting)
  • Independent handling of data quality findings, including documentation, prioritization, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders
  • Close collaboration with Master Data Management (MDM), IT, and upstream data owners to drive timely resolution of identified issues
  • Proactive communication and collaboration with functional business units as key data consumers
  • Analysis of customer structures and hierarchies (e.g., Ultimate Parent, Immediate Parent, Head Office) affecting regulatory treatments
  • Review and validation of Golden Source relationships, account linkages, and regulatory-relevant attributes (e.g., country of residence/operation, industry classification such as NACE)
  • Monitoring of processing outputs (e.g., journals, rejection logs) and initiation of corrective actions based on observed inconsistencies
  • Contribution to the continuous improvement of data quality processes, controls, and documentation
  • Configuration support for derivation logic and product mappings, ensuring consistency between source data and regulatory reporting requirements

Your profile

  • University degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or a comparable analytical discipline
  • Initial to solid experience in regulatory reporting, finance, or data quality management
  • Strong understanding of data quality principles, ideally in a regulatory or financial context
  • Ability to translate data issues into business and technical requirements and coordinate their resolution
  • Good understanding of how data impacts regulatory figures (e.g., capital requirements, large exposure reporting, AnaCredit)
  • Experience with master data domains (e.g., customer data, organizational structures, reference data) and data flows
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a high level of attention to detail and a clear “feeling” for data correctness and consistency
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as CRR/CRD, BCBS 239, or MaRisk is an advantage
  • Experience working with ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA) and coordinating across teams is beneficial
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment, combined with a structured and proactive working style
