Your area of work:

Our Member Portal & Billing Support team is responsible for providing first level customer support for the Member Section and Billing services.

Member Section is a closed self-service portal for clients of the Deutsche Börse Group. In the support role you will assist customers for any Member Section related requests, inquiries and incidents.

Your activities are enriched by a variety of tasks gear towards different internal customers and units.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide support to clients on the day-to-day use of Member Portal
  • To investigate, monitor, record and resolve any queries (issues raised by the client, these queries are received via telephone or email)
  • Maintain the Member Section content
  • Analyze and optimize the Member Section processes

 

Your profile:

  • University degree or equal experience
  • Languages: written and spoken English and German
  • Experience with client support
  • Distinct communication skills and willingness to work in a team
  • Fast learner, precise and detail-oriented, pro-active, independent, goal-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize in a fast-paced environment to meet customers need
  • Proficient usage of the state-of-the-art office products (e.g. Word, Excel)
