Our Client Operations Support team is responsible for providing first level customer support for the Member Section and Billing services.

Member Section is a closed self-service portal for clients of the Deutsche Börse Group. In the support role you will assist customers for any Member Section related requests, inquiries and incidents.

In the Billing support role, you will support customer inquiries regarding invoices and fee reports. You will also maintain customer data and returned invoices.

Your activities are enriched by a variety of tasks gear towards different internal customers and units.


Tasks / Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level customer support via phone and e-mail
  • Process and document reported inquiries, issues, and their solutions in a reusable way in SAP CRM7 tickets
  • Maintain the Member Section content
  • Process trader admission requests as well as their terminations
  • Support inquiries regarding invoicing and fee reporting for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain invoice recipients’ data
  • Distribute invoice and fee report copies according to customer’s requests
  • Create help material in the form of FAQs, manuals, quick guides


Qualifications / required skills

  • Languages: written and spoken English, German would be an advantage
  • Previous working experience in customer support area is a plus
