Description of the Section:

Market Readiness is responsible for Member and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) readiness for new products and enhancements to the clearing and trading systems within Deutsche Boerse Group (DBG).


The section Market Readiness serves as central interface for trading and clearing firms, front/back office vendors, infrastructure providers and the many specialist departments along DBG’s value chain. The ultimate goal is to ensure the smooth and timely preparation and readiness of our clients.


Job Responsibilities:

As a member of the team Project & ISV Support, you will be responsible for the successful rollout and testing of Foreign Exchange (FX) products with a group of internationally renowned banks and clearing firms. The FX market is a newly introduced asset class for DBG and therefore one of the strategic focuses as we move forward. Specifically, your job will involve:


  • Supporting the FX project with testing activities for Eurex Clearing member firms; a group of firms that includes many of the world’s largest financial institutions
  • Providing DBG clients support with FX clearing processes; e.g. settlement via Continuous Linked Settlement (CLS), trade entry for OTC FX products and the various clearing activities
  • In addition to OTC FX testing, you will be involved with other strategic initiatives being introduced overtime by DBG
  • Exporting and visualisation of data for reporting dashboards used by senior management and executives
  • Actively driving automation and digitalization as well as the continuous improvement of processes and tools



  • University degree in economics or a relevant comparable qualification
  • Experience in financial services and/or customer support
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, German language is an advantage
  • Professional skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent logic and structured working behaviour
