Description of the Section:

Software Releases, Product introductions, regulatory changes and other strategic innovations keep both our customers and ourselves busy. To ensure that our customers can attend to their business and do not miss any important details, we work as a team together with our clients readiness and preparation activities. As communicator, organizer and coordinator of the client-outreach the Section Market Readiness serves as central interface for trading and clearing firms, front/back office vendors, infrastructure providers and the many specialist departments along Deutsche Börse Group's value chain with the ultimate goal to ensure the smooth and timely preparation and readiness of our clients.




•             Support the OTC FX and OTC Cross Currency testing activities of clearing members

•             Support clearing members with Issue resolution related to their testing efforts

•             Testing includes settlement via CLS, trade entry for OTC Cross Currency & OTC FX, clearing processes and reports

•             Export and visualisation of data for reporting dashboards used by senior management and executives

•             Actively drive automatisation and digitalization as well as the continuous improvement of processes and used tools





•             University degree in economics or a relevant comparable qualification
•             Experience in financial services

•             Proficiency in written and spoken English, German language is an advantage

•             Professional skills in MS Office (Excel, Access)

•             Experience with customer support and testing

•             Excellent logic and structural working behaviour
