Your profile

The Group Compliance Function works in close coordination with the individual business units and other group control functions to ensure compliance with national and international laws and regulations applicable to various units of the Deutsche Börse Group and its business activities. The Compliance Function has a proactive role in the identification of possible compliance or reputational risks, including those that may arise in connection with new activities and products. Compliance defines group-wide compliance policies, supports their consistent application within the group entities, and provides centralized services including the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, international financial sanctions, anti-corruption, data protection, and the prevention of conflicts of interest and related securities law requirements.

 

To ensure that employees of all units of the Deutsche Börse Group comply with relevant laws and regulations, Group Compliance established a Training Framework to provide customized e-learnings per risk area to all employees. In addition, Group Compliance will also roll out e-learnings for other business areas as a service.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Your main task is the creation of e-learnings by transforming subject matter expert input with the use of an authoring tool.
  • You will technically roll out the e-learnings on the inhouse training platform SuccessFactors Learning
  • You will support users answering technical inquiries
  • You will be responsible for the quarterly and ad-hoc reporting regarding the provided e-learnings
  • You deliver data to back up answers to frequent audits
  • You will collaborate with subject matter experts of the risk areas during the creation of the content and get an understanding of the topics
  • You will advise on how to structure and present the content best for an easy learning experience
  • You support to continuously optimize the rollout and reporting process regarding e-learnings

 

 

Your profile

  • You have completed your academic degree in Business, Economics or a related area
  • Experience in the creative communication of structured content by different means/communication channels
  • Experience with management reporting
  • Very good communication and collaboration skills
  • Methodical, concise and accurate, with a strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive – ability to tackle challenges as they arise
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where you can actively contribute your ideas
  • Fluent in business English (German as an asset)
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Learning
  • Experience with an authoring software for e-learnings (e.g. Adobe Captivate, Articulate)
