The Client Lifecycle Services team in Prague is responsible for a wide range of activities related to client onboarding and lifecycle management. The team ensures the smooth setup and maintenance of customer accounts across various systems and handles related documentation and data management tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
· Client Onboarding: Validating documents and coordinating the onboarding process for new Clients of Clearstream entities
· Change of Client’s circumstances: Supporting mergers, novations, name changes, etc.
· Account Maintenance: Handling account openings, closures and changes in Client information as well as maintaining accurate Client data in systems such as SAP
· Signature Verification: Providing signature verification services for Clearstream entities
· Project Support: Supporting projects and system releases that impact the unit
What will be your position in our team?
In your new role, you will participate in a wide range of processes from Client onboarding and lifecycle management
· You will be responsible for Client documentation handling and account maintenance in the different systems
· You will be part of the Clients’ Lifecycle within Clearstream
· You will join a dynamic international environment and frequently collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Compliance, and other teams within Deutsche Börse Group, to ensure seamless Client lifecycle management
What will your working days look like?
· Monitor, verify and execute incoming internal & external requests
· Verify accuracy and completeness of the requests, follow up and ensure proper execution
· Collection and storage of customer documentation
· Regular collaboration with colleagues from Headquarters located in Frankfurt and Luxembourg, aka Governance Hub
· Support Governance Hub in system testing execution and internal & external audits
· Provide regular status on achievements to Governance Hub

Additional information
We have a standard workday of 8 hours, with flexible shift schedules ranging from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM to accommodate market demand (also during Public Holidays). On pre-defined dates (generally once a month), certain tasks require presence after end of day-time processing and require working until 10 PM.
