Clearing Project manager (f/m/d)

Your area of work:

As a Client & ISV Readiness Clearing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clearing clients and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) are successfully onboarded and ready to utilize our clearing services. You will work closely with a team of experts to gather requirements, develop and implement onboarding plans, provide training and support, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This position requires a strong understanding of clearing processes, systems, and regulations, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving and project management skills.  

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a detailed member readiness project roll out plan 
• Coordinate and align member impacts across internal stakeholders (Stakeholder management)
• Coordinate and conduct impact assessment for the entire Client Service department and keep track on impacts section Market Readiness
• Provide support and guidance to clients and ISVs on Eurex Clearing services and interfaces
• Review, create and submit content for relevant documents, circulars and project announcement
• Identify and resolve potential issues that could impact the release scope/initiative

Your profile

• You have successfully obtained a PMP Certificate and/or have at least 3 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in a support or implementation role
• You have a strong understanding of clearing processes, systems, and regulations
• You own strong communication skills in order to act as an interface among clients and the other project teams
• A result-oriented working method in a team is self-evident for you
• You are highly motivated and have an engaging nature which is positively assertive
• You are able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Additional Skills and Abilities:

• You are excited about financial markets and derivatives products
• Your profile is rounded off by very good MS Office application knowledge especially PowerPoint and ideally experience with Jira
• Proficiency in written and spoken English – German knowledge of advantage
