Your area of work:
We are looking for a motivated CBO Operator (Certified Beneficial Ownership) with experience in financial markets and a strong interest in securities processing. The role focuses primarily on international securities and requires accuracy, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to work hard in a fast‑paced operational environment.
This position offers exposure across multiple operational areas and close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
- Processing Certified Beneficial Ownership (CBO) certifications, primarily for international securities
- Performing daily and weekly reconciliations
- Handling internal and external stakeholder queries, including customer-related inquiries
- Processing income events, including short coupon payments and early redemptions
- Working closely with Issuance, Income, and Custody teams
- Processing and managing Corporate Action–related messages
- Billing for paid services
- Processing annual TEFRA D certifications
Participating in testing and implementation of new automations and process improvements
Your profile:
- Experience working within financial markets or financial services operations
- Strong interest in financial markets and securities
- Advanced or very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders
Willingness to work hard and contribute within a demanding operational environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with international securities
- Previous exposure to corporate actions, income processing, or custody operations
Experience with automation, testing, or process optimization
