CBO Operator - Certified Beneficial Ownership (f/m/d)

Your area of work:

We are looking for a motivated CBO Operator (Certified Beneficial Ownership) with experience in financial markets and a strong interest in securities processing. The role focuses primarily on international securities and requires accuracy, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to work hard in a fast‑paced operational environment.

This position offers exposure across multiple operational areas and close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

• Processing Certified Beneficial Ownership (CBO) certifications, primarily for international securities
• Performing daily and weekly reconciliations
• Handling internal and external stakeholder queries, including customer-related inquiries
• Processing income events, including short coupon payments and early redemptions
• Working closely with Issuance, Income, and Custody teams
• Processing and managing Corporate Action–related messages
• Billing for paid services
• Processing annual TEFRA D certifications

Participating in testing and implementation of new automations and process improvements

Your profile:

• Experience working within financial markets or financial services operations
• Strong interest in financial markets and securities
• Advanced or very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders

Willingness to work hard and contribute within a demanding operational environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with international securities
• Previous exposure to corporate actions, income processing, or custody operations

Experience with automation, testing, or process optimization
