Business Operation Readiness Client Testing Officer (f/m/d)

Your area of work

Business Operation Readiness Client Testing is composed of all operational staff in Luxembourg and Prague.  Staff in this team have a strong business knowledge and understand the applications used within operations.

This team is also aggregating all external customer testing activities and acts as the Central point for any external customer testing with standardized processes.

As a Customer Test Officer, you will be assisting B2B clients (large financial institutions operating on the market) in implementing Clearstream Banking products with focus on supporting internal & customer testing and processing SWIFT messages in testing and ensuring a smooth deployment in production.

Your responsibilities

• Coordination of external testing for changes introduced by a project inc. ad-hoc requests
• Execution of external testing (customer testing) – support customer E2E testing of SWIFT messages
• Analyze customer connectivity profiles / requirements / issues encountered in testing
• Onboarding of strategic client and partnerships customer testing
• Contribute to the BAT testing team as needed

Your profile

• Good business knowledge and understanding of Clearstream's products and services, in particular Settlement and Custody 
• Knowledge of SWIFT ISO15022/20022 messages for settlement messages
• Excellent communication skills, highly customer-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, care for detail 
• Good organisational skills 
• Willingness to build network with project team members in Business and IT 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; French/German language skills will be an asset 
• Dedication, flexibility as well as ability to work in a fast-paced environment
