Business Analyst in Risk - Student (female/male)

In Risk (a semi-independent Product of Deutsche Boerse) we focus on making Eurex Clearing the industry leader in Risk Services / CCP Risk Management and to support the growth into new products and markets. We are looking for engineering talent for our team in Prague to solve challenging problems well.

We are launching new services and re-designing workloads for the cloud. We are looking for a candidate with an interest in financial markets and information technology to contribute to our team in building a new cloud based market data system.


Your tasks responsibilities:

  • Writing business requirements and system specifications for our new cloud based data hub.
  • Interface between business and IT development
  • Self-manage your own project priorities, deadlines and deliverables

You should possess and demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • A student of in the following or similar majors: Business, Computer Science
  • Analytical and problem solving skills as well as strong interest in Information Technology and Financial Markets
  • Collaborative working style
  • Ability to learn rapidly new business topics and to produce detailed functional/business designs
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English

Preferred skills/qualifications – the following skills would be a plus:

  • Knowledge of cash and derivative products and their pricing methods
  • Experience in writing clear and descriptive documents
  • Data modeling, databases and SQL knowhow
  • Comfort using MS Office

    Additionally, you need to be a team player, good communication and collaboration skills, motivated and flexible.
