We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Transformation Design Team. This role is pivotal in representing Business Operations in cross-functional initiatives, ensuring operational perspectives are embedded in transformation, innovation, and IT-related projects. The successful candidate will act as a Business Analyst, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analysing, documenting, and translating operational requirements into efficient and lean solutions. This individual will serve as a key liaison between Operations, IT, and Product teams, advocating for operational excellence and driving alignment across the organization.
Your responsibilities:
- Represent CSS Operations in transformation and innovation projects, ensuring operational needs and priorities are clearly communicated and addressed.
- Serve as a Business Analyst, gathering and analysing business requirements, translating them into efficient and lean target solutions, and ensuring alignment with all stakeholders.
- Strengthen the visibility and influence of Operations within the organization through proactive engagement and advocacy.
- Act as an Operations partner to IT and Product teams, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding.
- Align closely with operational teams to ensure their input, challenges, and insights are reflected in transformation initiatives.
- Support the Head of Section in designing and implementing transformation strategies that align with business goals.
- Build and maintain a strong internal network across departments to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and frameworks within the Transformation Design Team.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in business operations, transformation, or a related field
- Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, impact assessment, business process modelling, target solution design throughout the end-to-end delivery lifecycle
- Experience in agile methodologies, sprint ceremonies, the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria
- Explicit experience leading workshops and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders including strong communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Clearstream's products and services as well as the related operational processes is considered a strong asset
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of Lean Management and continuous improvement methodologies; Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is considered a strong asset
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
