Back Office Specialist - Issuance Services and Automation (f/m/d)

Your area of work:

New Issuance and Automation Services play a key role in the lifecycle of financial securities at Clearstream. The team is responsible for an accurate and timely setup of international financial securities. The securities are created based on data provided by various market participants and are checked against Clearstream eligibility requirements prior to opening them in the Clearstream database via automated solutions. Few services which we cover in this team: CSK (Common Safe Keeper) , ICA (Integrated Code Activation), back valuation flag set up.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing of emission of new financial Securities for different financial entities
• Creation/acceptance of financial securities (assigning ISIN codes) for all Clearstream eligible instruments on international markets.
• Participation in various projects (testing of new software version, automation of current processes)
• Handling of various internal and external queries and close cooperation with other units like Settlement, Income and Corporate Event teams, Network Management located in Prague, Luxembourg, Singapore or London.
• Liaising with international depositories and various financial agents.
• Chasing of missing/unclear information from paying agents, issuers.
• Answering of different Customer Service queries.

Your profile:

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in Back Office related to Securities Services (issuance, settlement, CA).
• Experience with product development, process automatization and Business Acceptance Testing
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willingness to learn, dedication, team work, flexibility.
