Corporate IT of Deutsche Börse Group is in charge of end user workplace experience, voice & communication, application development and operations for all group processes such as Financial Core, Customer Care, as well as Control & Corporate Processes. We also develop and operate our Enterprise Analytics and Digital Boardroom which are the core of sharing and measuring our group’s success.

You will be part of a newly formed team which will act as a Center of Excellence for Process Automation within Deutsche Boerse group. You will focus on the evaluation, design, customisation and optimisation of Power Platform-based solutions. You will provide expertise on the design of automation solutions & integration within the existing IT landscape. You will also lead topics pertaining to power platform governance and citizen developer governance. You will team up with various groups within Deutsche Börse group across different areas of expertise to deliver solutions that will bring our internal client’s digital vision and strategy to life. We are looking either for juniors who are willing to learn or seniors who can help us increase our automation footprint at Deutsche Boerse group.

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Participate in discovery meetings with clients and prospects to understand and document their business requirements
  • Propose and design solutions using the extensive Power Platform capabilities to solve the identified business requirements
  • Participate in agile projects using the latest M365 technologies such as PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse and SharePoint online
  • Collaborate with operation and corporate governance teams to develop Power Platform governance frameworks that define our data access, security, standardization, and solution lifecycle management policies
  • Maintain, monitor, and assess the effectiveness of governance practices. Update them as required
  • Train end-users to become citizen developers
  • Formulate strong governance framework that ensures citizen developers develop responsibly, efficiently, and in adherence to standardization & security policies

 

Your profile:

 

  • University degree in information technology or comparable education
  • Hands on experience with Power Platform and knowledge of the MS365 ecosystem
  • Good communication skills, own initiatives, ability to work independently and excellent analytical skills round off your profile
  • Strong team player willing to cooperate in an agile team with multiple colleagues across office locations and functions
  • Familiarity with the Automation / IT governance – either via formulating the actual policies or via working as a developer adhering to established governance frameworks
  • Excellent understanding of JIRA workflows and processes
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, in verbal and written form
