Your area of work:
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects across business and technology teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, AI governance standards, and enterprise delivery frameworks.
Your responsibilities:
- Drive the full project lifecycle for AI and low-code initiatives – from scoping and planning through execution, testing, and go-live – in close collaboration with product owners, AI engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into structured project plans, defining scope, milestones, resource needs, risks, and success criteria.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (AI engineers, data scientists, architects, and business SMEs) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate blockers and drive resolution proactively.
- Ensure AI projects comply with internal AI governance, data privacy, InfoSec, and regulatory requirements (particularly relevant in a regulated financial environment).
- Track and report project status, KPIs, and key decisions to senior stakeholders; produce clear and concise project documentation.
- Support the adoption and rollout of AI solutions, including change management, user communication, and training coordination.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI delivery practices, tooling, and ways of working within the AI Delivery Hub & Low Code Automation team.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years on AI, data, or technology-led projects.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, GenAI, and low-code platforms – sufficient to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end in an enterprise environment.
- Strong command of project management methodologies (agile, scrum, waterfall, or hybrid).
- Experience working in a regulated industry (financial services preferred), with exposure to compliance, audit, and governance processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – able to present clearly at all levels.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Would be an advantage:
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with AI governance frameworks, model registers, or responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, MS Office apps.
- Self-driven, with a proactive approach to staying current with rapidly evolving AI tooling and enterprise delivery practices.
- Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with data, metrics, and delivery dashboards.
- High attention to detail, particularly around risk, scope control, and compliance considerations.
