Field of activity
Market Readiness (S) is responsible for Member and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) readiness for new products and enhancements to the clearing and trading systems within Deutsche Boerse Group (DBG). Market Readiness serves as central interface for trading and clearing firms, front/back office ISVs, infrastructure providers and the many specialist departments along DBG’s value chain. The ultimate goal is to ensure the smooth and timely preparation and readiness of our clients.

As project member within the unit Client & ISV Readiness Clearing, you would be responsible for the successful roll out of Eurex Clearing initiatives, coordinating internal teams and obtaining readiness of clearing members.  To achieve this – you must manage operational, technical and functional impacts across internal stakeholders and our members. Specifically, your job will include:


•    Creation of professional briefing material for members (e.g. PPT slides)
•    Coordination and alignment of member impacts across internal stakeholders
•    Coordinate and prepare impact assessment for the section Market Readiness  
•    Creation and maintenance of a detailed member readiness project roll out plan
•    Conduct presentation at committees and workshops
•    Review and provide content for relevant documents/ circulars/ project announcements
•    Deliver accurate member readiness status and represent the Section within various management meetings for each mandated project
•    Conduct briefing sessions and ensure knowledge transfer into the line organization after the successful project introduction 

 Qualifications/required skills:
•    University degree in economics or a relevant comparable qualification
•    Good knowledge of ECAG CCP processing (Trade Day Netting, Actual Settlement Day Netting) 
•    Profound knowledge of trade post-processing of Eurex, Xetra and Börse Frankfurt
•    Good understanding of Central Securities Depositories settlement processes (CSC, NCSC)
•    Knowledge of Central Securities Depositories Regulation and/or Central Securities Depositories Regulation is beneficial 
•    Strong communication skills in order to act as an interface among clients and the other project teams
•    Good presentation skills applied to creating and presenting topics to management and clients
•    Highly motivated and engaging nature, positively assertive
•    Ability to effectively communicate in an international, multi-lingual environment 
•    English and German language are mandatory
