Customer Service Officer (f/m/d) 

Full-time | Permanent

 

Clearstream regularly looks for Customer Service Officers (junior and experienced professionals) to act as point of contact for our customers on all queries relating to custody administration issues, settlement and cash.

 

Requirements/Skills

  • University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar
  • Work experience in Back Office is an asset
  • Service orientation with excellent telephone, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst handling an extensive amount of phone calls to meet deadlines
  • Strong problem solving skills, accuracy, ability to work independently and as a part of a team in an international environment
  • Accuracy, highly organized, ability to work in a fast changing environment
  • Multilingual: Proficiency in English is a must, German and or French or any other relevant language is an asset.
