Are you looking for a role at the crossroads of strategy, transformation, governance and delivery?
Within our dynamic CLLS Business Management team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Manager to help shape and drive some of the division's most important business, regulatory and strategic initiatives.
Working closely with senior management, you will play a central role in steering a portfolio of projects, governance activities and regulatory topics across a fast-evolving business. You will help drive execution, transparency and accountability across business, product, operations and technology teams while contributing to the strategic direction of the franchise.
The role offers broad exposure, significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence decisions at the highest levels of the organisation.
Your responsibilities:
- Drive project governance and portfolio oversight across strategic, regulatory and transformation initiatives.
- Lead selected projects and workstreams, ensuring effective delivery across multiple stakeholders.
- Monitor project KPIs, milestones, risks and dependencies, providing clear and actionable reporting to senior management.
- Support governance forums and management decision-making through insightful analysis and high-quality presentations.
- Coordinate risk, control, compliance and audit-related activities across the department.
- Contribute to budget planning, financial tracking and resource oversight for key initiatives.
- Continuously enhance governance, reporting and delivery frameworks to support business growth and operational excellence.
Your profile:
- At least 8 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Significant experience in financial services, project/programme management, governance or business management.
- Strong project management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience managing project financials, budgets, KPIs and executive reporting.
- Sound understanding of risk, controls, audit or regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels of the organisation.
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset and the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex environments.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
