As Human Resources officer, you will join our international team based in Luxembourg and will be responsible for the full employee life cycle. You will carry out employee related activities in close co-operation with HR Management. You be involved in various HR projects to support us on our path of technological transformation and continuous HR process optimization. Tasks/responsibilities
•    Manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding (including contract preparation) to offboarding and internal customer care for HR related questions (sickness, maternity/ parental leave, holidays, work certificates and much more)
•    Maintenance of HR data in our HR tools and databases 
•    Initiate, support and ensure compliance with local regulations including legal and social security requirements
•    Work in close cooperation with HR Management Recruitment and Payroll team to provide excellent HR service to our internal customers 
•    Actively contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and digital solutions
•    Continuous improvement and development of operational procedures

 

Qualifications/required skills
•    Holder of a university degree or similar in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant
•    At least 1-3 years of work experience in a similar HR role. Prior experience in an international financial institution is an asset
•    Experience with SAP and/or Success Factor is an asset
•    Digital mindset with the talent to adapt easily to changing environments
•    Ability to work in a team, flexibility, creativity, analytical thinking, self-responsibility, resilience and reliability
•    High commitment and motivation and pronounced customer orientation
•    High level of confidentiality and professionalism
•    Excellent communication skills with a proficiency in written and spoken English. French and/or German is a strong asset
•    Knowledge of Luxembourgish Labour Law would be a strong advantage

•    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
