Your area of work:
As part of Clearstream Fund Services, you will support the Product department with the data design, prototyping, testing, and implementation of new business cases. Additionally, you will have a central role in the roll-out of the data quality framework across multiple business segments and streams, providing support to businesses during both the transformation and maintenance phases.
Your responsibilities:

Collaborate with the product team to understand data requirements and support new business cases, including design, prototyping, and testing phases.

Develop data dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.

Implement data-related projects using agile methodologies and document processes.

Define and develop data quality frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.

Conduct data quality assessments and prototype KPIs.

Implement and operationalize data quality monitoring tools.

Facilitate resolution of data quality issues and report progress to senior management.

Maintain documentation and support impact assessments.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
Your profile:

Educational background in a quantitative discipline (Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar).

2-3 years of relevant work experience in quantitative roles (data/business analyst, model developer) focusing on product development, data quality, and/or data analytics.

Proven experience in solutions conceptualization, prototyping, and testing phases; fluency in Python/R/SQL or similar, and Power BI.

Experience with data management and governance in big data and/or data lake environments.

Sound judgment and the ability to articulate complex concepts succinctly and clearly.

Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw accurate conclusions from complex data.

Good understanding of financial markets and products; familiarity with post-trade business and Financial Market Infrastructures is an advantage.

Sound knowledge of statistics and econometric methods and their application.

Experience in business analysis interfacing with cross-functional teams is an advantage.

Proactive, willing to take responsibility and learn quickly; pragmatic, result-oriented approach to work.

Excellent command of written and spoken English; German and/or French is an asset.
